I have the primary and secondary scan servers set up.
The OAS is working with no issues. ODS is enabled and a schedule is set, but no scan runs.
I find these errors in the logs.

Anyone know what could be the cause?

We're experiencing the same issue, it also appears process and path exclusions are not applying as "mvadm ftypes list" and "mvadm procpassthru list" return nothing on client servers.
Processes I've excluded still show when run MOVE AV diagnostics on the primary SVM server.
We went through a migration from MOVE AV 3.6.1, did you do the same or is yours a clean install of MOVE AV 4.0?
It was a clean install.
