Best Practice for System Tree Config With MOVE/Data Center Connector?

Hello all.  I'm fairly new working with MOVE Agentless 3.0 and the Data Center Connector.  I like the fact that the data center sync creates a detailed vSphere hierarchy in my EPO System Tree and I originally planned on leaving all of my VM guests within these containers.  However, if System Tree sorting ever gets turned on  for these systems, they start moving all over the System Tree, which is confusing and potentially harmful.

My questions is:  what is considered a best practice for MOVE Agentless/DCC and the System Tree?  Do you leave the VM guests in the vSphere container structure or tag and resort them to another location in the Tree?

Environment:

MOVE Agentless 3.0 w' Data Center Connector

EPO 4.6.7

VMware ESX 5.1 and 5.5
