Alert: VDS-Check Mcafee Enabled status 2

I am trying to understand what action I should take when getting this error. It looks like my VDS client is reaching the manager and being assigned to the move scan server but it is showing as unavailable. Primary Server: 1 [Unavailable] Secondary Server: NONE:9053 [Not Configured] SVA Manager: [Configured] Any information is greatly appreciated.

Re: Alert: VDS-Check Mcafee Enabled status 2

Hi @User36488879

Thanks for your post on this community.

Are other clients' status "Available"?

If they are also in Unavailable, probably SVM manager has something wrong so I recommend you reboot it and then see if resolved.

If this issue occurred on only your client, I recommend you try to ping to SVMs whether response is good.
