I have received an email from you for the renewal of my antivirus. The antivirus on my PC was due for renewal on 14/01 but I decided to purchase a 2 year subscription instead for the price of 119.95 euro. After a few days I also got taken the amount of 64.95 euro from my account which was my old yearly subscription plan. I am now asking a refund for this amount(64.95 euro) and a cancelation so it would not happen again. I have tried to contact you by phone but I have a problem with my phone number and it doesn't seem to put me through. Is there any other way to contact you?
