I had the same problem. You might want to look at 'Windows 10 v1709 / LiveSafe' thread in LiveSafe forum, about 2 weeks ago. I did not try selvan's suggestion toward end of thread, because I restored a system image and fixed problem by never uninstalling LifeSafe.
