I am unaware of any issues with the Web Advisor feature? However anything is possible, or could be an isolated issue. May I ask what Version/Build that you are experiencing this issue with? I would suggest opening up the (Consumer Support) Link located at the bottom of the Community page.
Try running the McAfee Virtual Technician and see if it detects any problems and attempts to repair them. You of course then with-in that same link Contact support and a (Session ID#) will be present for Support to analyze.
