Webadviser conflict

Hi, I'm new to to this so bare with me.

Have loaded livesafe to 3 pcs in our household. 2 new laptops and one pc upgraded from Windows 7.

All 3 have the same problem in that they all get locked up when using chrome. It seems to be webadviser

causing the problem. Have uninstalled webadviser and restored pc to an earlier date which solves the problems.

As soon as webadviser is reloaded the problem comes back.

Thinking of going back to AVG as never have had any problems.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

                       I am unaware of any issues with the Web Advisor feature? However anything is possible, or could be an isolated issue. May I ask what Version/Build that you are experiencing this issue with? I would suggest opening up the (Consumer Support) Link located at the bottom of the Community page.

                        Try running the McAfee Virtual Technician and see if it detects any problems and attempts to repair them. You of course then with-in that same link Contact support and a (Session ID#) will be present for Support to analyze.

                         Please let us know the results.
