To protect extra devices

After sending  a sms or sending an e-mail, no response was received in order to add a device to my LiveSafe product...

A month ago it was still working, now it refuses. Reinstall?

Is this a mobile you are adding?

Have you tried from your account that is where one adds devices or at least the normal place.
