SafeKey accounts

Just trying to make sure I understand installation of SafeKey.  I will install LiveSafe on my PC and then on my spouse's laptop.  I will have my account on SafeKey with LiveSafe.  On the laptop, I am administrator and my spouse has an account that does not allow administrative rights.  My question is this, will my spouse be able to have their own SafeKey account so our passwords remain private for both of us?   Would I need to purchase SafeKey just for them on their laptop?   I hope SafeKey allows sub accounts to be created.  Thanks in advance to whoever answers my question.
