I am having trouble resetting my safekey password. The process for resetting the password online does not work. It sends you a link via email which requires an OTP which doesn't work if you do not have a browser with Safekey plugin enabled. Therefore it makes you download the plugin which asks for your password which you were trying to reset in the first place! The process makes no sense!
I was wondering if there are any kind folks who might be able to help?
If THIS doesn't help then either you should contact Technical Support, link below, free by phone or online chat, or I can try to alert a technician if you wish, but as they are in another country I have no idea when they will respond.
