New dell - 12 month subscription not showing

Hi

 

i recently purchased a new laptop directly from dell which came with a 12 month subscription. However was not sent an activation code for this and laptop advised only 1 month subscription.

 

please advise how to correct this

Please let us know whether you received any confirmation email for 12 months subscription of McAfee LiveSafe with Order Number.

on the original order receipt for the laptop  it outlines 12 month McCafé subscription.

The support page allows you to choose your country ie United Kingdom - English. Follow the prompts and fill in as requested and a phone number will show up. Might be hours of day limited . Out of hrs only chat available

Hi

I have contacted this number and the team were not very helpful as could not provide required support and have advised to talk to Dell directly. This previously has not worked. Please can you offer additional support. I have provided confirmation of the purchase in this forum which clearly shows the 12 month subscription was to be included. I requested on the phone that they allow me to forward this email to show the order and this was not accepted. 

please provide solution to this query as it has been several months now where I have not been able to use my device due to security
