I am not able to activate my purchased McAfee. I keep getting message telling me your "your trial has ended purchase new McAfee'' I bought new one online and i got confirmation order. Please help to resolve this issue.

They would run a tool named Subscription Repair Tool to address the issue.
Else you may also reinstall the producct with new subscription by following the steps in the KB article below:
