We are sorry for the inconvenience. It actually depends on the PC performance and the installed apps and how much memory PC consumes. Please try clearing all your temp files and reboot the PC and monitor what are all the process running in Task Manager when PC restarts and check the status.

Did it update to a newer version recently maybe it defaulted to scan for threats prior to start. In general settings options
