I have a recurring problem and want to see if anybody else has it and solved it.
After a random number of PC hibernates (close laptop lid), LiveSafe locks at Checking for updates 0%. Still does this after a full shutdown and restart
Virtual technician and a real Chat Technician can't find anything. Only solution is to completely uninstall and reinstall. Just getting tedious and time consuming.
PC is HP Pavilion Laptop (brand new) and Windows 10.
haven't seen this problem with support. but would like to check in our lab environments before we involve forces.
Help me with the below details
1. McAfee Security version and AFFID - See instructions
2. Windows details - open Run dialogue and enter winver > Click OK
