AOL Desktop Gold blocked by Livesafe

I amusing the AOL Desktop PC Application...NOT AOL.COM website. Livesafe is giving me err:138 when I try and connect. I could not fix the google error so I turn off my livesafe firewall and it works. This is the second item it has happened. I need to know what to enter or change. Again, desktop app. No url, no IP address (at least that I have found). Thanks for any advice.
