what product creates an html file as an attachment to the receiver- whos content mentions "Protected Archive Detected. A password-protected file could not be scanned."
I have email scan disabled and a user in my environment has stated that she could not get a file that was sent to her. She stated that mcafee replaced the file, based on the content of the HTML, with an HTML file instead. I am baffled as to how this would of occurred when her client email scanner is disabled from ePO.
Anyone experienced this? All i could say at this point is make assumptions that the sender accidently sent the wrong file, but i did not tell the customer that, of course.
I have attached the HTML document that the user is asying she received instead of the actual zip file she was suppose to recieve.
