Moved from Community Help to Business > Ironmail for better support.  Hopefully someone will help you soon.

If you are using an Enterprise product you should have access to the support portal using a grant number.   If you don't know what that is, consult with whomever provided the software.

Send an email to ts-feedback@mcafee.com or falsepositives@mxlogic.com.  Include your domain name and the relevant IP address(es).  Calling support may be useful as well, but all requests get put into the same tool as far as I know.
