i have add my customer to the whitelist, but at their site still receiving this error message"ESMTP #554 Transaction Failed Spam Message not queued. ##" when they try to send mail to me.

Secure Mail 6.7.1. for my company. I cant find any support in Malaysia. Sorry for i have to post the question over. Really no other way i can find a solution.
I did remove and add in the customer domain. but still the same.
That error indicates it is most likely being dropped by trusted source. If you have the sending ip you can email email@example.com to have it removed or call into support and try to have it updated.
