I changed the e-mail address for dmesgwatch alerts but they're still going to the old address. Is there a process that has to be restarted? If so, what is it and how do I restart it?
The process looks at the dictionary listing of addresses every time it runs (or at least it should).
The agents do not run on the scheduler that is part of the IronMail software, but under the cron daemon as run by the OS itself. The only way to restart this is to restart the whole system.
I would call support, we would be able to take a quick look and see what the issue is.
