It's a HIPS uninstaller tool that you usually get from McAfee support when dealing with corrupt HIPS issues and are not able to uninstall it. It basically runs through the machine and completey rips HIPS off of the machine. It works great; you can run it manually or import it into ePO master repository and run it from there via tasks.
where this file is located? Is it somewhere in the package and public available or is it only available from support?
It does not come with HIPS by default and I don't believe it is publically available anywhere, usually support sends it to you with a expiration date so its not good for forever.
A new Ripper tool is released every 3 months (new one just released yesterday). If you have not obtained a new build, the current one needs to be uninstalled from all clients and the ePO Master Repository.
