we  have  noticed  following  nnotification  message  " Network  application  alert  message on  machines "  on  clients  machines ,  Firewall  mode  is  set  to  adptive  mode . Please  below  screen  shot

This is the LEARN MODE option in the Firewall; not Adaptive mode.  Adpative will does not present this menu to choose ALLOW or DENY; it automatically selects ALLOW.

LEARN MODE gives you this menu to choose between ALLOW or DENY for any learned network traffic.
