firewall block

Jump to solution

hello

if you add a firewall block rule and place it on the top of the policy it does not realy become the first rule, because there are hidden rules come first and you can view them when you go to the client computer you see these rules before the one you create. now how can i carete a rule and make it the firest one before the hidden ones? even if these hidden rules are related to mcafee agent!

thanks

Those hidden rules are there because multiple customers inadvertently bricked several thousand machines. We created those rules to make sure that you can always reach the ePO server. In a perfect libertarian world you could write whatever rules you wanted but you really do want the safety of this particular set of hidden rules.
