do we use HIPS or ENS firewall in case of ENS?

I heard that HIPS has been replaced by ENS firewall, is it right or can we still use HIPS along with Endpoint security in our environment,  please suggest?

Re: do we use HIPS or ENS firewall in case of ENS?

Hi @tekpro Yes, you can have both HIPS and ENS Firewall installed at the same time, but please be aware that HIPS takes priority over ENS when it comes to having Firewall (and IPS/Exploit Prevention) enabled at the same time.  ENS Exploit Prevention and Firewall will forcefully disable if HIPS IPS/FW is enabled on the same system.  This configuration can be used while you're working on migrating from HIPS to ENS, but eventually, HIPS should be uninstalled from the system (and rebooted) once you've completely migrated to ENS.
