IPS Exceptionws - wildcards in the 'Workstation Name' Value field?

When editing an IPS Exception can you use wildcards in the 'Workstation Name' Value?

Yes, a single * in the Workstation Name parameter value works just fine.

As a semi-related question... Do wildcards work in any of the IPS exception parameters?  More specifically, would they work in a digital signer field?  I often see the "state" variable with both "S" and "ST" for some digital signers, so it would be helpful to wildcard that.

Yes, you can use wildcards in IPS exceptions (in most places).

Wildcards cannot be used in Signer parameter values.  If you have multiple Signer parameters needed, add multiple Executable entries.
