HIPS policy only works on Firefox, Chrome, but not on IE?

Hi fellows,

Experienced a weird issue today that I got McAfee tier support churning on, hopefully one of you guys might have seen this though before them.  Setup a fairly strict HIPS 8.0 firewall policy that restricts all access to the internet except for certain allowed URLs.  Specified a new rule and insertefd the URLs and IPs for allow access.  Now when I apply it and test, it works fine, blocking all access to every site except for the ones designated.  The only catch is that it works in Chrome, FireFox, but not in IE.  Weird, huh?

I don't have IE specified as an applications or executables.

Got the solution, Added the Loopback back to the policy and now the delay are no longer there.  Weird.  Only in IE?  Hmmm.. Oh well, it works now.  Hope this helps anybody who ran into this as well.
