HIPS-NSM Disconnected Status

We have followed the instructions recently to integrate HIPS data with the McAfee Network Security Manager in order to view attacks on hosts in real time. The ePO Extensions states the Trust has been established but the NSM states the status of the HIPS sensor as "Disconnected". I've pulled pcaps between our ePO and NSM server where the traffic is occuring and see two-way communication so we know its not firewall related. Are there any steps we might have missed or additional configuration necessary in order to get this to work?

Currently using HIPS 8.0 and NSM 9.2
