Wrong Categorization/ Minimal Risk

Hi

My outdoor website categorized as a website about weapons by default  which is not really true. URL checking tool also shows some minimal risks to reputation.

The website contains NO content about firearms, guns, ammo etc...It mostly dedicated to camping, but I have only 2 articles about pocket knives. And I reviewed some hunting gear (gear means backpacks, sleeping bags, multitools - no weapon included)

What are the possible risks? Should I delete my reviews on knives or all articles containing the word 'hunting'?

For example https://wildproofgear.com/best-daypack-for-hunting/
