Problème de double facturation

Bonjour,

J'ai récemment renouvelé mon abonnement chez vous d'un montant de 31.95 euros mais il m'a été facturé 2 fois.

Pourriez-vous donc me rembourser le trop perçu de 31.95 euros dans les plus brefs délais je vous prie?
