i recovered encrypted data but my data show in .swf format but not open in original format

My Hard drive secure with HP Security tool but my HDD accidentally corrupt/Deleted. i create partition and recover the Data used 7data recovery tool, but recovered data/file in swf format how to i retrieve my data into original position/format.Capture.PNG
