Please see attached image, in EMM 9.7, after I install the client and install the 2 profiles (enterprise / MDM) it should create (including updates), they disappear, any help is appreciated.
this is happening on an ipad (1st gen running iOS 4.2.1), I am going to have the user update to the latest iOS 5 and try again and see what the results are.

I updated the ipad to iOS 5.0.1 and it did the same thing, I also restored the ipad from itunes and it is still doing the same thing, can someone please help!
I had the same issue and spoke to a colleague. In this situation the device had been remote wiped from EMM console. It was a company device that had been transfered from one user to another. The device was still in EMM and was under the old user's name. It's status was listed as "wipe completed". I was advised to delete the old account from EMM and reinstall the EMM profiles. That got it.
All the Best
It turns out that the issue was with the apple certification, ours was expired and we had to get an update, but this caused big problems because we have to re-provision all the users with the old cert.
A similar problem can also be caused by client certificate authentication in iis. I don't know the exact location off the top of my head But it must be set to "ignore client certificates".
If you provision and the enterprise activation certificate disappears, check for this setting.
