I'm running into problems with some users.
2 of my 40 users can't login to EMM with the IOS app.
An other user on the same device can login fine.
38 users can login without any problem.
The 2 users are locked in EMM (latest version). I unlock them and try again but still no luck.
Usually I unlock thier accounts and then reset their password in ActiveDirectory. Except the 2 users this works all the time when needed.
Is there a way to do some maintenance on the EMM server. It cleary has to do with the Userid.
