The kind of problem which i am facing is as shown in below procedure
User was able to sync mails from his home area then user started roaming the mail stopped syncing than he reached hotel premises he was started accessing 2G service but unable to sync mail.user changed the settings from 2G to WiFi and mail started syncing but he unable to receive mails those mail when he was in roaming and when he was using 2G services.
user started receving current mails but not the older mails(roaming mails).
can any one tell me how should i resolved such issue.
It's really difficult to say without verifying from the device itself while it's in roaming mode how reliable the internet connection is in general. Aside from the reliability of the data connection while on roaming, the only ohter thing that I can think of is the 'a policy restriction in EMM. Verify that in the policy that applies to that device, under the restrictions tab, the setting to restrict data/voice while in roaming is not enabled.
