After upgrading from Android 2.2 to 2.3.6 my Samsung is not supported anymore in EMM.
I have device catalog 38705 installed.
I run EMM 10.0.1 with the latest catalogs.
The device is updated when I publish a policy, but I keep having Pending Actions in the Helpdesk.
When logged in to the EMM app on the tablet I choose Update Configuration but then it says not supported.
Anyone hve an idea?
You said that you have the 38705 catalog installed which is not the latest. Just thought I would check if you have 39663 or 40340 installed.
My next step would be to backup the device and wipe it. See if mcafee is able to recognize it with a fresh install.
If you do, and it's still not working, you can open a support ticket to get it added to the list of devices that they add to the catalog. While you're at it they can tell you if they have heard of the issuer happening before.
I wiped the device and reinstalled EMM but unfortunately no go.
As far as I can see the device is supported but I think I'm gonna raise a ticket.
