In EMM console. Helpdesk section, some of the tabs are greyed out. I can only see device details and pending actions tabs. Others are greyed out.
Any ideas what cause this ?

Problem solved wiht updated apple MDM certificate
I can't say that I have seen that happen before but I believe you are on the right track with your MDM cert as those tabs refer to data that can only be gathered by the MDM profile.
