in McAfee_EMM_9.6_Installation_Guide on Page 155 is the provisioning for Windows Phone 7 explained.
The steps that are listed are only how to configure the mobile device with an Email Account.
In the Mcafee_EMM_9.6_Product_Guide on Page 66 is a Screenshot. The last entry in the Helpdesk device list is "Windows Phone 7" .
With the steps explaind in "How to" in the Installation Guide the Phone 7 will never be displayed like that.
What must be done to see Windows Phone 7 devices in the Helpdesk? (Control them via EMM).

In McAfee_EMM_9.6_Installation_Guide on Page 156
8 Select OK.
9 Select Advanced.
10 In the Server field, enter the server address.
11 Select Sign In.
There should be a hint for "serveraddress" , I allways interpreted it as the Emailservers Address (for Exchange e.g. owa.companyname.de)
This doesn't work with all Windows Phone devices though. I have 3 that I've tested, one works the other 2 just return an error. It seems WP7 and McAfee are like Android 2.2 and McAfee, it's hit and miss.
