I have got a few issues with version 9.6 where the iPads are always showing as non-complaint. My 1st line support agent for McAfee asked me to upgrade to the latest version. I just noticed version 10 was available to download.
After the upgrade I got an error about arg_keynotfound, but an upgrade to the latest version of Silverlight and clearing of my internet history fixed that problem.
Now, I have an error about my user not been authorised, stopping me accessing my email. I've now had to set the 'Authorised users' to 'all' instead of using AD group. This was working fine before the upgrade. Any one else had this issue?
Rich, i can only comment on the last paragraph.
Authorised Users using an AD group worked in 9.7, they broke it in 10.0 and said it was supposed to be fixed in 10.1.1 (which it still isn;t).
you will have to enter all the users manually into the Authorised Users listing until they have fixed it.
interesting, cause when i installed 10 and spoke to Support they said, "yeah it was broken and we will fix it in 10.1" so i waited for 10.1 and it doesn't work there so i have re-opened the case.
weird that it works for you and not me. thanks, will leave it with support to resolve.
ok, so i tested it again. and it seems to be working on my iphone, but not my ipad. my ipad comes up with the usual "cannot get mail, the connection to the server failed" but my iphone seems ok to send/recieve emails...
Mat, do you have ipads and iphones? weird....
