I thought it would not allow this, my test android tablet would faile everytime I tried to setup.
User has a Casio G'zone android running 2.3.3. They put SC on the device, which setup the email etc. But then can go into create account in the android setup and setup the same email via exchange. I thought EMM was suppose to block that?
What happens if you toggle the "Configure an Active Sync account while provisioning" or "Direct traffic through an EMM Proxy server" settings on the Email tab of the policy?
Both were checked, I will uncheck both and have them test. Then check config activesync while provision and test again.
Yes , you can configure in a Android 2.x device, but its no longer work in Android 4.x.. and i think this is a problem
Ok so they have a 2.x Casio G'zone Commando. Yes that can have exchange inside SC and same exchange email created outside. But my 3.x samsung android tablet cannot.
Is that what you mean?
Do you have the "Require android devices to use McAfee Secure Container" option checked on the compliance tab?
