After we updated our licence for EMM from trial to official product (by applying a new serial code in the console) we just can't log to the console as admin.
I've opened a ticked with McAffe on the subject. They refer me to KB70275 but i can't seem to find it anywhere in their Global Knowledge base.
Also, note the we didn't take the time to create another admin account to prevent this (me = be damned ! !)

So just to be clear you DO see the login page? And the account you are trying to login with is USER: admin PASS: TDadmin* ? Do you receive an error?
Have you tried logging in with another browser? Or toggling compatibility mode in IE... sometimes the EMM console gets tempermental in IE.
I got a pop-up with this error "The user you attempted to login as is invalid"
As for the compatibility mode in IE, i've tried it with no success. As for the other browsers i'm going to test it.

This happened to me once and I just reverted to a snapshot then added domain admin users to EMM then installed the new product key... Don't suppose you have a good snapshot to roll back to.
