Has anyone run into problems with provisioning devices for network administrators and not having them be able to get or send email. All of my standard users have no problems but for some reason I can't send or receive email. I am a domain admin and can't send or receive email. How can this be resolved?
Please check below things first
1>Profile has been set or not when you click EMM application from your device.
2>check the device and container password compliance level
3>check the admin login credential and mail box login credential in EMM settings
4>check 3G data connection also.
Its better if you show the error message in event viewer and in device also.
