ePO Email Support??

When filling out the form for email support, I get this response-

Client found response content type of 'text/html;charset=UTF-8', but expected 'text/xml'.

Can anyone tell me what I should enter into the boxes provided? I entered all the data that the boxes asked for!

I would like to avoid a 3 hour wait time, OR a call routed to India!



P.S. Does anyone from McAfee Support look at this board?
