ePO 4.5 Repository - can't pull updates

I'm trying to muddle my way through ePO 4.5 to manage all of my antivirus clients and I can't get it to download updates to the repository. The scheduled pulls fail and when I attempt a manual pull I get -1 No packages found. If I try to manually check in a package such as a Super DAT I get Unknown error processing package. The only relevant KB article that I've found so far has to do with verifying through the /core/config page that you can successfully connect to the DB, which I can. All of my DB services are running and I can successfully add systems and push and install the Agent to them, so it looks like everything is working except the repository. I have a ticket open with Gold support but they haven't been any help so far, and needless to say the documentation is beyond useless. Any ideas? Thanks.

What source are you trying to do the Pull Now task from, McAfeeHttp or McAfeeFtp? Can you try pulling from both source sites, and share the log entries from the EpoApSvr.log file during the pull's time frame?

\Program Files\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\DB\Logs\

There has to be something showing up within that log to help explain what's happening on your server.
