VS-S (On Demand Scan) option

Hi
I installed AV for storage module on one of my server, its working fine but only when user access files on my NAS and my NAS effected with virus (vbs/autorun.worm.k) and could not make full scan, is there any way to configure on demand scan for my NAS.
