Support Notification Service (SNS)

I have been subscribed to receive SNS emails for many years, but have not received any since 3rd November 2021.

I have resubmitted my subscription preferences at https://sns.secure.mcafee.com/signup_login, but still am not receiving any emails.

How is it possible simply to check your SNS Subscription status, since there is no option to log in or log out of the above page?  Or is this service no longer working?

SNS still works. Please review the section "Subscription Information" in below KB.

Also ensure that you're receiving emails from domain (McAfee.com)

Hi Pravas.  Thank you, I will check with my employer that these emails are not being blocked at the corporate level.

On the subscription page, https://sns.secure.mcafee.com/signup_login, there doesn't seem to be any way of checking the status of an existing subscription. Also it seems possible to subscribe or unsubscribe any email address using this page, without any further validation or verification of that email address. Can you confirm my observations?

Hi @Chris_Heys ,

Unfortunately there isn't a way to verify if you're already subscribed. You may subscribe again with an existing or new email address.

It works for me. I get all of the SNS Notifications.

Thanks, it appears that my company is blocking a lot of external emails and this is probably the cause.   In the meantime I have subscribed to the SNS service using my private email address, and this is a useful workaround.

there doesn't seem to be any way of checking the status of an existing subscription.
