When I try to access from my PC into downloads page I write GRANT NUMBER and e-mail address but when I push to accept button, nothing happens. I return again and again to the same page.
If I try it with the same credentials in another PC, all works fine.
What happens in my PC?
This seems to be either browser specific issue or restrictions enforced for the logged in user on that client PC.
I verified no issues with the portal : https://www.mcafee.com/enterprise/en-us/downloads/my-products.html

Thank you for your post. Sadly, I have also faced this few times. This issue has always been due to one reason for me: Cache left uncleared in my browser. Can you kindly try clearing the cache and cookies and let me know how it works? Also try incognito, if you are using Chrome which may help.

Thank you for your quick response. Am I correct in understanding that you are able to access the website using Edge? I can confirm you that we do not have any site/Server issues with respect to downloads portal as of now!
Any luck with incognito?
