Not Able to Open Any KB articles getting error - Failure of server APACHE bridge

Hi All,

Anyone facing same error today (5th Feb 2020) while opening any KB articles on internet?

I am getting below error message (Weblogic Bridge Message).

Indeed its working fine. All Services have been fully restored now.

Thank you for your query!

We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue with Service and Support Portals. The IT team is working to restore services as quickly as possible.

The KB Articles are working and accessible now. Can you confirm the same from your end please so that I can alert internally in case of issues ?
