Missing INX file

I joined thinking that I was in the correct place. In reading further, my problem may require $$$$ to fix.

I've looked through the knowledge base and run the online fix the problem from McAfee. The results indicated that I should contact a tech rep. I chatted online with a rep named Basil. Using his software, he looked through my computer and recommended that I go to Tech Support.

In a nut shell, my issue is an error message that comes up when I try to download updates to my McAfee Total Protection for Small Business (we only have three licenses).

The error message says: Couldn't find INX file to execute.

Thanks for listening and, hopefully, pointing me in the right direction.

Total Protection for Small Business is not supported in these forums as I already pointed out in your test thread.
