McAfee and LSA Protection

I want to deploy LSA Protection in my network for obvious security reasons. The problem is that I enabled auditing for event ID 3033 (Code integrity) and I've noticed logs cached because of McAfee files:  mygiftcardsite

Code integrity determined that a process xxx(Windows Defender)xxx attempted to load xxx(McAfee  dll)xxx that did not meet the Microsoft signing level requirements.

I'm afraid that if I enable LSA Protection, it will affect McAfee somehow.
