You may try the following.
1. Launch McAfee Endpoint Security.
2. Click Events on the left.
3. Check if there are any block events related to your application.
If Yes, please share a screenshot of the event.
If No, then please follow the KB below to isolate if its anyway related to McAfee ENS.
