Having an issue with Queries & Reports

I have ePO vers 5.3.2. I have created a dashboard query to show me DAT Compliance...Filters are "OS Type - Starts with 'Windows'" as I have various Windows tags (Windows 10, Windows 7, etc) and DAT Version (VirusScan Enterprise) - is not within X version of Repository - 2.

So basically this should create a pie chart showing total number of Endpoints with Windows Tags that are compliant in Green and the ones not within 2 versions as non-Compliant in red.  I have 2944 Endpoints reporting as Windows including workstations and servers.   What I get in the pie chart that shows 563 devices compliant.

I changed filters to show only DAT Version (VirusScan Enterprise) "Is not within X versions of Repository" - 2.  As the Repository DAT is 8770...this should show 3304 endpoints, with 1873 Compliant (Green) [Or anything with version 8770, 8769, and 8768] and 1431 Non-Compliant (Red) [Anything not those three versions].

When I run the query I get a mostly red chart with 1431 total endpoints with 16 compliant and 1415 non-compliant.

What am I missing?
