I am somewhat confused. I am evaluating ENS, and have migrated my ePO policies and rolled out ENS to a handful of endpoints to see what happens. We also have HIPS 8 P9 and P10 installed. In my ENS desktop settings under Common Threat Protection, it declares that Exploit Prevention is disabled because HIPS is installed. It is absolutely unclear to me if I should remove HIPS or allow the two products to reside in parallel. What if I have an endpoint that has not had HIPS installed? Should I install it? Is either product better performing?
