EBusiness Server and the CRON

Just a quick question.  We use the EBS to decrypt files on a dialy basis. We are trying to automate this process using the root crontab on a solaris 10 box.

When we run the /usr/bin/ebs --decrypt <filename> manually, it works.

When we put that line in a shell script and run it manually, it works.

When the CRON runs the shell script, it does not work. No errors are output, it just seems to skip that line.

Is it possible to even run this command with the CRON? at first I thought it had to do with the path, but I made sure it wasn't that. Now I'm thinking it has to do with a key issue.
